Also would take 1 1/16oz or 1 oz. Dunno what all is out there. Or we could get someone to load up the bpi load book and make a sticky

I'm betting their manuals are protected by copyright. But you could go to their archived loads section and scan through those loads. http://www.ballisticproducts.com/loadoftheweekarchive.htm

I did. They don't have any with normal hulls. Always rio or fiochi

Hodgdon only lists Universal for loading steel. Alliant has no steel data for Blue dot. It might be easier to change one or more of your components to meet the data that's readily available.
But I don't doubt someone has data to meet what you have. It's only a matter of finding it. So far, my google-fu comes up with nada.
