I got an old Topper M88 a few years and decided to freshen it up!

Sanded and stained with Cabot Pecan Stain.

After 2 coats of Tru oil[/url]

Nice! I just refinished my Model 60 stock that my boy busted in half right behind the trigger guard. One coat walnut stain (made it blonde), two coats of Tru-Oil.

Awaiting a recoil buffer... That Tru-Oil works good.

Tru-Oil works great. I have a friend whose custom stocked Kreighoff K-80 was finished with 40 coats of TruOil by the stocker. It looks 3D and acts like it has a thick poly finish. In the sun it is just awesome.
