Shotshells - BB Lead

Does anybody sell 12 ga. shotshells loaded with BB sized lead shot? This is a great HD load.

I have not seen BB lead sold in stores around my town in years. It was great for long shots on goose but it's a less than optimum HD load. Go buckshot, my friend.

I guess I like the idea of more projectiles. 1 oz of BB will bee about 2-1/2 times the number of pellets as #4Buck.

Yup, without the penetration. Simple physics.

I made it a point to have plenty of this load around for both 20 and 12 riot guns.

I use BB size shot on foxes, coons, and coyotes. Seems to me buckshot is a better choice for antipersonell use.

My local Cabelas had those Federal lead BB loads on the shelf before the ammo all disappeared.

I've got about 6 boxes of #4 buck in my hunting grip, before they outlawed them..... not gathering dust either, ready for use any time needed.

I got some Winchester 3" 12 ga. from Cabelas.com a while back, but apparently they no longer have it. It was around $12/25. I see that Basspro.com has Federal in stock for around $41/25. http://www.basspro.com/Federal-Premium-WingShok-Magnum-Upland-Load-Shotshells/product/421893975/
