All my 45's are 1911's, but all my 1911's aren't 45s. The center 3 are 45's, a Clark Gold Cup, Para 7.45, and ODI Viking Combat. The two on the sides are 38 Supers. The chopped Combat Commander on the left has a matching upper in 45, but a previous owner thought it would be a good idea to put sights back on it (it originally had the dovetail welded up and a trough cut). Someday I might see about having it returned to it's original customized form.
it's faux WWI/WWII refurb, complete with AA rearsenal marks....shoots 1"/25yds w/ UMC ball, too....it's my favorite carry gun due to the trim minimalist profile, comfort, accuracy, reliability, and power....it's not A .45, it's THE .45......
I've never seen so many 1911's. I'm almost embarassed that I don't have 1 or 2, or 3. I only have 1 .45 and I hope this works so you can see it.It's a Tanfoglio Witness P Compact. The first 2 are just after I got it, and the 3rd is after I added Mahogany inserts so the grip fills my palm. Homemade, but I like them.
