Red Cent,

Colt 45. Uberti Hombre. Customized by ScotchBrite.

How did that process go with the scotchbrite? Did you do the brass also? It looks shiny as well. Looks good!

I have an Hombre that I've been considering doing this treatment upon, and I'd just like to have as much info before learning on the job. :D

Here is a Pietta also customized by scotchbrite. This was one that was in sale at Cabela's for $299 on black Friday a few years back. I'm gonna have to clock the barrel a tad as it shoots left.

Cimarron Frontier (Pietta) in .357 Magnum. Very smooth action, nice trigger.

Hey JN, is that you there in the loading gate? :)

That's funny. Nope, not a reflection, but it does look like a face. When I snapped the pic, I also missed the tiny fly sitting on the cylinder above the flute.

Pietta

My newest revolver

Pietta 1873 in .357

And I also have another Pietta 10 shot 22/22mag on a full sized SA frame

My next one will shoot .45 colt, just have not found the one I want at the right price yet.....

Lots of Cimarron pistols here! Here's my Cimarron/Uberti 7th Cavalry model. Company F. I posed it with some of my hand loaded black powder cartridges. It's a blast reloading these old time .45 colt rounds and then making big smoke at the range.

This thread has got me thinkin I need a 3rd SAA.
That'll be a Taylors & Co Birdshead
In post #10 I just had a stock pic of a gun I had on the way.
Well here's the real pic with 45 Colt & 45 ACP cylinders ...
& The bird's head I want...
As you can see, I like checkered grips. :D

Added another one a couple of days ago. I'm sure it's not a "clone" but it looks enough like one to fit.

Stoger/Uberti 22, six shots. 5.5" barrel.

And just for grins and giggles....Colt/Uramax CO2/BB

Add this .38 spl Cimarron Model P jr. to my post #13
It's 20% smaller in size.
I find .357's but not .38 spl when I look around.
It shoots nice. Case color is washed out by flash somewhat here and does not come close to that of my Uberti cattleman.
Had a little trouble with a sticky safety/cylinder rod when I got it but smoothed it up and learned about a proper insertion position.

Taylor's and Co. - Uberti Cattleman .22 rimfire.

The pistol on top is a 5.5" in .22 LR.,,,
I bought it new just a little over a year ago.

The bottom pistol is an older Interarms "Dakota" in .357 Mag,,,
All of my research says it was made by Uberti.
