I've been on their website and googling but can't come up with anything. Does marlin make a .44 mag lever gun that is side ejecting instead of top?

Hi. If it's not on their site, they don't make it. Most of their handgun cartridge levers are used by the CAS guys who don't want a side eject.
The Henry Big Boy is a side eject. Brass receiver though. Suspect it's be too soft for a scope mount, if that's your plan.

All modern Marlins side eject, I can't think of a Marlin that ever ejected out of the top.

Oh let me show you...

It looks solid when closed, but ejects to the right side.

Roadchoad beat me to it, but you can clearly see all 1894's work this way.

Thanks for the clarification guys. Definitely wouldn't have been able to tell it's side ejecting with the action closed.

The Henry's only have a brass receiver cover, not a brass receiver as far as I know.
