Sig 220 stamped slide with railed frame?

I tried searching but couldn't find the answer so excuse my ignorance here.

I just picked up a used Sig P220 to right a wrong (I sold mine to a friend 20 years ago....)

It has a stamped slide with Made in Germany on the right and Exeter on the left, the serial number on the frame is G 346 xxx but it has a rail?

When I searched the serial date list it says 2004 but another says the rails didn't show up until 2007

A picture of the slide would help...especially of the top, locking block retaining pin and underside. Then a picture of the frame/rail

I thought the rail frames started to appear in 2004, the Picatinny rail appeared on the 220R in 2007

Franken-sigs are pretty common. Often a gun would get refurbished with whatever mix of parts the factory had on hand and sold as a CPO (certified pre-owned).
