I have a Sig SS P220 and a Sig P245 and would like to get some wood grips for them. Does anyone know where I can get a set?

Has anyone tryed the new Sig P245 extended magazines? A guy at the shop had one in his and they are very sweet. I ordered 2 on the spot. They should be in within the week.

Thanks,

IMHO, the nicest wood grips are from Nill. My Sig P220ST came with Nill grips from the factory. :D

Hogue also makes nice wood grips.

Neither company seems to make them for the P245, though.

You have to call Hogue to order the 245 grips, they have them in wood only, no rubber. 1-800-GET-GRIP

Thanks for the great info guy! cghammo do you know how much the 245 grips cost? I was looking at the grips for the 220 from the two sites and it looks like they will cost about 100 to 140. It might just be me but that seems a little high.

Is that a good price for wood grips?

They're going to be in the one hundred dollar price range, there's no getting around that. The only alterative is to diligently watch the auction sites, including Ebay, and hope that you can find them there. Good Luck!

Gotta second the Nill grips - they look great, and are what I use for daily carry. If I am going to a serious range session, I switch out for a pair of Hogue rubber panels. The stock SIG grips are still sitting in the box.
