Sig P238 Grip Extension?

Can you get a Grip Extension Magazine for the P238 without buying the P238 that comes with one? I haven't been able to find one as an aftermarket part anywhere.

The 238380TSSRGX (Rosewood) comes with it. But I'm looking for one for a girl that wants the 238380RBT (Titanium Rainbow). I think the Titanium Rainbow is ugly, but if that's what she wants...

I believe the Colt Mustang mags are interchangeable, and there's plenty of those around.

Do you really need one?
My 238 is a soft recoiling firearm.
I was surprised considering the small size.

Mustang magazines will fit in the P238 and kind of function in the P238 but they are not reliable. The barrel on the P238 cams down farther than on the Mustang and the follower in a Mustang magazine gets in the way of the extracted cartridge.

Buy the latest generation P238 magazines.

Top Gun Supply shows the extended magazine at their web site but as of earlier today showed out of stock.

I got one of those +1 Mustang mags on a whim and it works fine at the range, it's been 100% reliable so far. I never carry with it though, my P238 is a dedicated pocket gun and I don't want a longer grip on it.
