sig p250 40cal ammo info needed

Have the new gen sig p250 compact in 40 cal. love the gun, shoots great but the wife is not so happy to shoot it as the 40cal has a little more snap than the 9mm I use to have. Are there any rounds that are softer shooting in 40cal that can still be used for SD? Thanks.

I'd look into getting a different gun. You aren't going to find a good SD .40 load that isn't sharp on the recoil. That is just the nature of the beast. Look into getting her a good 9mm (not a P250).
