Is it just me? I navigated to Sig's website for the first time in a couple of months. The changes there are definitely NOT user friendly. I can no longer navigate to individual firearms, review the various flavors of that model nor can I find the specs anymore. If this is supposed to be an improvement I find it to be a huge fail. Oh, and there is no link to send emails to the company. Is it me or have other members here noticed this change?

I really dislike the current format. It seems they're trying hard to advertise their products.... as you try to look at their products.

Well I was going to say it was pretty straight forward once you find the 'products' link in the upper right portion of the home screen but I can't get their pistol or rifle page to load at all.

Swing and a miss.
Ruger seems to have figured it out at least
S&W does a pretty good job as well

You're not the only one. I have problems with various pages not loading in some browsers.

I just tried it and it wasn't offering me a clear path to view the P938 and it's numerous sub models in style and colors.

That kind of obtuse design will have an impact, give it a few months, we will likely see them back pedal on it. BTW, if you like to read how companies make these decisions, search for the website "clients from hell," where designers deal with clueless middle management or owners who demand certain things be done which are contrary to logic.

This does appear to be one of those situations.

As for a makers website, I find them to be just one resource on the net, and usually about 10% of the ones I use. Reviews, image searches, and owner feedback on various forums about the firearm is much more informative to me. If the model is out of production or the maker closed down, their web page may be nonexistent, too.

SIG isn't known for being that tightly run.

Glad to know it's not just me. I'm not an early adopter of Windows and IE updates but my machine is still reasonably up to date. Yes Tirod I get much of my information from other sources as well but sometimes I just want to browse for new models or variations of existing models or maybe just get the specs on a particular firearm. The Sig site has always been very easy to navigate to achieve the results I was looking for. Sig....if you are listening, dump the new website and go back to the old one!

P938 right below is the tab Browse Collection. On the right is a directional tab that lets you move to different variations of the gun.

I can get to things but it ain't as easy as it should be. There is a whole thing at the bottom of the page to "filter" things. That seems to be useless.

Ok, started at sigsauer.com
Really, that just has a blizzard of clickbait.
Going to Products (top left) presented an over-sensitive Flash-based drop down menu.
The "All Products" categories under Products present a populating table which requires allowing both google analytics and googletagmanager to run scripts in your browser (I cannot recommend either of those for safe or uncluttered browsing). Perhpas, on a mobile device (where you do not get an option to disable potentially damaging scripts) the Products page might narrow down.

But, yeah, that is not a user-friendly page at all--particularly since it does not self edit airsoft out of either rifles or pistols; nor edit out airsoft and pistol calibers and pistol only model numbers under rifles.

It's clearly a good thing their retail sales are not reliant upon their web site.
