Hi,

I'm planning to test out some 150 gr 30-30 loads by Win and Rem. I figure that 200 yards is the farthest I'll comfortably shoot it using the Skinner express sights. How do I determine the point-blank distance to zero at so I will be in the kill zone at 25,50,100,150, and 200 yards? What do you guys zero at?

There site offers good technical Info on installing and setting them with some instructions.

See Bottom of page "Make it Simple"

I get mine set at the 100 yard mark. I set Federal 125 gr. to hit about 3" high at 100 yards. It will be "zero" at 200 yards!
I shoot Federal 125 gr. Heavier bullet 150/170's will be different. The 125's shoot pretty flat, and I have stopped deer in their tracks at 170 range with the 125 Power Shok!

A set of calipers will help you dial it all in...if you a familiar with using them.
