Sit on rifle case

Hello-

I had the idea last night of taking a rifle case and putting a couple inches of closed cell foam on it to function as a seat in the cargo area for the times I occasionally have more than 5 people in my vehicle.

Is there a brand anyone would recommend that might stand up to 3 people sitting on it over a bumpy road?

Just under 5 feet would be ideal, and if it was even a foot thick, and stored other stuff that would be fine. I found one that was 8 or 10" wide with a lid on top and bottom that would have been great but the reviews said it would get dented even by a water bottle.

I'm looking at cases over something like a truck box because it'll be inside the back of an SUV and I'd like to be able to take it in and out very easily.

I imagine you'd have to have one made unless you want to spend the money for something like a Pelican case.

If it's going to be in the vehicle a lot, I'd want something that didn't look like a gun case at all.

I recommend an Americase.
Lots of different case options.
They are relatively expensive, but quality usually is.
