Um, do any of you understand what this if referring to (other than making fun of 'Tacktikool")

Per 922, a gun imported as 'sporting' or C&R(more on that in a bit) has to poses 10 or less 'foreign' (made) parts, any changes, such as stock, magazine, sights that alters the sporting (actually the lenient of the two) or C&R status (altered basically in any way not 'traditional' to that weapon) makes the firearm illegal.

So take the Yugo SKS, remove the muzzle brake, remove the night site, it's not C&R, but still considered 'sporting', change the stock, and now you are in possession of an illegal weapon...

Technically to ensure compliance, you need to write the ATF and get a letter that says yes you are compliant, or you need to change this to become compliant. sucks, and only the ATF say so matters INAL, but you might want to practice CYA.
