SKS/Ammo Prob?

I fired two 20 rnd boxes through my Tula today. The Wolf FMJ was 100%. I had 2 failures to chamber with Barnaul JHP. In both cases the last round popped-up and the tip stuck out and jammed the bolt. Is this a common problem with the JHP?

I hope not, that's the only ammo i have left to shoot through it (500 rounds' worth ).

I've never had any issues with anything but the Wolf 154gr SP. My Yugos and Norincos love Barnaul HPs and SPs, in fact.
