Good outfit, knowledgable.
They do list a Williams peep sight for the SKS. I don't have a current price.
Thanks guys. I actually have a Mojo peep, but I was looking for an open sight for this SKS. I've see them for the AK all over, but can't find the one I saw for the SKS.
tapco.com used to sell one that looked similar to the original sight, but I don't see it on their website anymore. Might try emailing them and asking about it.
I am currently testing a peep sight for the SKS that is adjustable for windage. The sight mounts solidly to the rear of the reciever and returns to
zero after being disassembled. The sight takes sight appetures from the AR15/M16A1 rifle family so there are a host of sights available from the standard combat to National Match sights. The other nice thing about the sight is that it requires no drilling or tapping to mount. If your are interested in more information you can contact me at [email protected].
Hi all,
I just wanted to thank all of you again that have followed and given input on the developement of the TS100 receiver mounted sight for the SKS. I also said that I would keep you informed as to the status of the project. We have sights finished and our web site www.Tech-SIGHTS.com has been updated with Paypal credit card processing capabilities. I will not be posting so much about the sight as I don't want to comercialize the forum, but would be happy to answer question by posting or the info@Tech-SIGHTS link on the web site. We have replaced the computer images with actual pictures of the TS100 mounted on a Yugo 59/66. Thank you all again.
