Stopped by a local pawn shop today to see what they had. On the wall were 3 SKS, the tags said Yugo Mdl 59/66(or something close). They all looked in good shape, coated in oil everywhere. Numbers on the bolt and sights and the mag well and stock were all the same. They had a built-in fold-down bayonet. Guy said they were all new, $245. Good price or something else I need to look out for? Oh, and the barrel had "Georgia VT" on it, what does that mean? Obviously not Georgia here, so Russian-state Georgia?

New-in-wrap ones are selling at the gun show here for $150, so that's a bit steep.

Used ones (some with matching numbers) are $109 at gunshows in Texas. If you check out the usual suspects (J&G Sales, CDNN, Aim Surplus), you may be able to find used ones for $89-99.
