I know you're on vacation/ quest, but you did manage to check in when you 1st arrived. What happened? Are you locked up in a Korean jail cell for trying to entice female SWAT sniper w/ American citizenship and the lure of turkey SPAM? Are you on some super secret tactical Skunkabilly mission?
 
Skunk went to Japan for a week, then he'll be flying home, I understand. Look for him on or shortly after New Year - he'll be so full of pent-up kimchee that he'll probably out-post everybody on the boards! (tactically, of course... :D )
 
He called me on Sunday past and was heading to Japan on Wed. Said he'd check in after he got home and give us an update. Last post he had was when he tried to walk in on the Korean swat team range. Maybe he got ubducted? Or maybe it was the DMZ and not the range after all.:eek:
 
THe Skunkster checked in to say that he would be in Rural Japan and that he was having trouble finding internet access. He''l probably be back on line after he gets home.

HemiCuda, Skunk was in Koreehaw prior to hitting Japan. hence the Kimchee reference.

I bet him $20.00 he couldn't get a pic with that SWAT chick!
 
The last post I saw from the Skunkster, at the 1911 Forum, was from Japan and he was using someone else's Apple computer and he was having a he** of a time figuring out the key board. He never got into the SWAT facility, never found the cute Korean SWAT member, but did have a good time in the land of the Morning Calm.
 
Yeah, Skunk is Chinese and his trip to Korea did not net him that Korean Swat Sniper gal he was looking for. Guess that's why they kept him out of their training compound. They didn't want to lose their best sniper to a foreigner. :D

Here's what I was referring to.

Someone said, " Buy my record or I'll shoot your dog." and Skunk's reply was....

Shoot? I'm Chinese. Replace shoot with another verb.

V-fib, I've barely been able to manage time to go shooting much less add on to my hobbies :( Short thread longer, nope, I don't post on the crossbow forum.
 
Thanks for all the clarifications about Skunk! He always makes interesting posts. Don't know where I mistakenly made the Korean connection....
