Small auto help for small S/O

After trying one at a range, my tiny 5' wife selected the Kahr P9. She loves it and we shoot about once a week or so. Glocks were just too large for her hands. She hated the recoil on my 38 snubbie and my Bersa 380 was too large in double action mode but fit her grip ok with the shorter trigger pull in single action mode.
Key point already made several times: Let her decide what she likes to shoot!!

My wife has carried a Ruger SP101 DAO .357 loaded with hot 38's for several years. About a month ago I bought a S&W PPK .380 for a back pocket gun but I made the misteak of letting her shoot it and now she has it in her purse. It has a good double action pull and a great single action, it isn't too big or too small and it fits her hand real good so I guess I'll be looking for another one for me. rugerman
