Small, Black Spheres in BCG?

There is only a few events that can bend the FP retainer. I've seen the pin bent is on ammo that is over charged, blowing primers. Since you were blowing primers you were releasing high pressure gas to drive the FP back against the retainer pin.

Alright so I'm going to use some thicker primers and hopefully they don't blow and bend my firing pin.

Okay, so I loaded up 100 rounds of 24.3 grains of varget with CCI 450 primers, and went to the range. All 100 rounds fired without a hitch, I took apart the bcg, and the retaining pin wasn't bent, and there was no foreign debris inside. Also, my groups and velocities were better than with the cci 400 primers and 24.3 grains of varget! Thanks everyone for all your help, and take care!
