Is it just me, or does there seem to be a prevalance of smaller firearms related companies having poor customer service... not always... but it seems to be the first thing to go when they get busy.
I have a credit with Atlantic firearms what I am trying to apply towards a purchase and they have been ignoring voicemails and emails for the past week. Do they not want my money, at least the money beyond what the credit is for?
I ordered a suppressor from a local company and they are supposed to be getting me the ATF paperwork to sign. After placing the order.. nothing yet for several days. Before the order.. they were Johnny on the spot.
I understand being busy... but a quick note stating "hey, we are backlogged" instead of just silence would go a long ways towards maintaining goodwill!
