Does anyone know of any documentation or is familiar with adjusting the trigger weight on the Smith and Wesson Model 41?
Our school's pistol team is about to compete in an NRA pistol sectional and we just discovered the trigger pull on our pistols don't meet the 2.2 lbs it needs.
I know it involves adjusting a wedge with a bunch of notches on top of the trigger and putting the trigger spring on the top notch, but I was wondering if there is any solid documentation or a how-to guide. The normal owners manual that comes with this firearm is woefully inadequate.
We are poor and don't really want to pay for the services of a gunsmith
