I can't believe none of you bubbas have heard of alibris.com. $35 right now.

I'm not sure whether alibris beats abebooks.com, but when I don't like Amazon's used price I like to check both just in case. BTW, eBay sells a lot of books -- not so many of the pricey gunbooks, but I always check there too.

Also, Gun Digest books offers many titles as PDF downloads. I bought my copy of Mauser Military Rifles of the World as a PDF and it's exactly the kind of book that does it's job just as well in electronic form -- if I need to pass along an excerpt, I can do a screenshot instead of scanning from a paper copy.
