Smooth bore barrel

Yes I would like one for lead shot and keep the original as is. Making one is not an option for me. Purchasing one will be the way to go. Thanks

If I wanted something like that I'd put a WTB ad in a blackpowder-specific forum. You could probably find a machinist in the same place who'd drill it out for you.

I got my 6" 1860 the same way. Said I wanted a used 1860 to cut down on a forum, had an offer within an hour and had the seller send it directly to the machinist I knew from the same forum.

A slotted stick, several grits of emery cloth and an hour or so of time would probably do the job. Easier if you have a power drill.

Lots of the old trick shooters in the day ordered their guns both revolvers and rifles with smooth bore barrels from the manufacturers. Made you look like a great shot and didn't endanger your audience shooting fine angel dust shot in your guns.
