I don't recall if he carried regulary but I do recall him using a gun on more than one occasion. He was pretty good at knowing where someone was by sound.

I have always envisioned a Michael J Pollard looking fellow in a basement with a Rockchucker loading ammo for Harry one at a time with a jewelers precision. Using something like a soft cast, gas checked, hollow pointed Hensley & Gibbs #740.

i do remember manix carrying SOB, i even gave it a try once out of curiousity. but his custom olds toranado (2 seater with full lenght headrest covering the back seats) just made the show stand out. the dodge dart swinger just never did it for me.

I though Mannix's MoPar ride was a car they used to call the Plymouth GTX. The one he had looked like it had the 426 hemi in it.

nope, it was a swinger...dressed up dodge dart (single headlights) and the biggest engine you could get was the 340 w/4 bbl carb. the intakes on the hood were just for looks...

actually, his swinger had what mopar called a "six pack" three two barrel carbs all linked together.
