Interesting videl, ive never bedded a springer springer before. Have you tried this with a more traditional bedding compound instead of the foam tape?

I have used inter tube. Never any of the composites. For Springer's I think the foam is best. If your like me and shoot alot you'll be taking off the stock for normal maintenance. It's easy to remove and replace. Have a Springer going on four years and the foam hasn't broke down but had to replace one small piece that stuck to the metal when I removed the action to tighten the breach block.
