Just an interest deal here ... and posted here because didn't quite seem to fit in the handguns section! They ain't semi-auto, and they ain't revo's
Don't think I've posted them before but maybe air pistol fans might like to see them. ''Webley & Scott'' ... springer pistols .. one is a ''Webley Premier'' and two are ''Webley Senior'' .... two are with .22 cal barrels, one is .177.
I have had these a VERY long time .. from when I was a kid in fact ... so guess they are all about 50 years in my possession ... and they are not in perfect shape at all ... well, cosmetically.!
They are as is obvious, all pretty much identical apart from barrel differences ... tho I think the ''Seniors'' had a stronger spring rating. Barrel seal is by a leather washer where barrel seats into locked mode (retained by the lever and catch, bit like the idea on Webley MkVI revo's actually). It was possible later to get rubber washers ... tho they were tricky to install.
Very low power .. obviously but ... quite quick to load and .. immense fun when used for plinking at insects on rotten fruit ... etc. The pic of just the one shows what is perhaps the best preserved ... on one other I had to braze repair the pivot area on locking lever after it fractured..
