Some trade advice... Kimber for Sig 226 or PTR91

I recently listed a Kimber Custom II for sale or trade $699, I have had two offers that interest me, but both guns I have no experience with. The first is a German made (1994) Sig 226, with the short reset trigger, two mags and case. Looks to be in perfect condition. I might keep this one, but he's had it listed for $700 for a long time, so it's not really a win in the $ department.

The second is a PTR91 with a genuine Eotech, 20 mags. I think this rifle I would try and sell... not of real interest to me. I see these new for $1000ish, without the eotech. Do these things sell?

Any thoughts on this?

The Sig is overpriced IMHO.
Old pistol. They sell here for around $500.
The PTR may be a better trade but 308 ammo is still high.

I would trade for the PTR91 over the Sig. The PTR91 would garner more interest if you wanted to trade or sell it. They are very nice guns.
