I'm interested too. I've got a ruger m77rsi international in .308 which i use for hunting (not target) that needs a new sling. Found a dealer in this country - the price seems reasonable. Is it really much better than a standard sling ?

Better then a ordinary sling for carry? Not really. The middle sling might need to be slid either way depending if you want to carry barrel up or down.
Better then a ordinary sling when actually shooting? YES!
Can loop up real quick, and it will work as a shooting support, but of course elbow needs to rest on stable support for it to be of any use.
