The Senate Judiciary Committee of the SC legislature is meeting Tuesday and S115, Constitutional Carry, is on the agenda. If you are a S. Carolina resident, please contact committee chairman Larry Martin at the email address or phone number below and politely demand that he allow a vote (he is on the record as NOT in favor of constitutional carry). Without great pressure from the SC citizenry, Mr. Martin will likely table the bill and it will die in committee.

Again, if you are a resident of SC, and support the 2nd amendment, your action is necessary to attain the rights granted therein.

I can't find the article now, but I believe I saw that this has indeed died a quick death in the legislature.

I like that poster too :)

Good luck guys, let people know at your local gunshops and sporting good stores too. And of course any state/local level grassroots organizations you have, shooting clubs, private ranges, whatever.

When we had a state law that the Governor needed to be contacted about I typed a simple little card and printed 8 to a sheet of 8.5"x11" paper and cut it up and put it on the counter at my local gunshop. It basically said 'Protect your Freedom - tell the Governor to veto LD1240' and has his office # on the card.
