Folks,
I'm hosting the above defense handgun class on April 12 & 13 (Sat & Sun) in Alderson, WV. For those who are not familiar with Pat, you'll find some additional info on the following links:

I first heard about Pat Goodale in possibly the January or February 2002 issue of SWAT magazine. Patrick Rogers recommended him along with the usual biggies; TR, Gunsite, etc. However, Pat's is NOT a big outfit. Just him and his assistants on a range that includes a shoot house, tons of metal, etc. I know some classes have had problems due to limitations of the range but not this range (500 to 700 yards shootline from adjacent hills). Nevertheless, the real deal. I've taken this class (Defense Handgun I) with Pat before and I'm doing it again.
At $125 per day ($250 for class, 2 days), what else can I say. We need a minimum of 8 shooters to fill the class and right now I have 6 confirmed and 1 maybe; all from northern VA so far. Us students from noVA are car pooling from here on Friday the 12th around 3.30 p.m. We've got accommodations set up at a local motel ($25 per person per night).
Anyone interested, please email me directly ([email protected] )and I'll get you more info. In the meantime, you can also check out his website at http://www.pgpft.com/
Thanks, guys and safe shooting.
Now back to shoveling more snow........
