I'm in the market for at least 3 AR lowers. Preferably stripped because of cost. You know, just in case. I found a thread that mentioned Spikes Tactical and went to their website. They looked interesting but has anyone ever built one up? Just exploring the options.

I have seen their stuff at gunshows. The guy at the table was really nice and helpful, and their guns seem pretty solid. Plus I like how you can get things bleached into the exterior of the magwell.

They have a really good deal on thier AR-15 16" models. Something like $800 with 1 magazine and a really nice "tacticool" range bag.

Has anyone else had any dealings with them?

I am waiting on an order from 5/13/07 that was suppose to take a week to ship out. That was 3 weeks ago and still no notification that the item's been shipped.

They have some great prices, but that is only good if you get what you've paid for.

The have a permanent table at the Miami and Ft Lauderdale Fun and Knife shows
I have bought two lowers from them and the workmanship is excellent. Plus the have laser engravings for N/C. "Punisher " and "Infidel" are their most popular. They keep their prices very competitive due to a war of products between them and Gunsmoke Enterprises which also has a table at the gunshows

I have heard nothing but good things about them. I use Superior Arms lowers but thats because they are within driving distance and I get them for $87 out the door.
