SR22

Believe it or not, I was looking for a Beretta model 70 in 22lr when the SR22 came out.

My Spousal Unit keeps a S&W 317 in the nightstand on her side, she prefers the feel and recoil of the .22 and I'd rather her willing to use something she's comfortable with than to hesitate to use something that intimidates her.

I hadn't really been looking at or for an SR22 until I skimmed through a few posts about them.

Fast forward a week or so and I think I might just pick one up this week. It seems like it just might be a good gun in between my 21A and my Buckmark. I hope the one I get likes any ammo like I have been reading. If so I can see it getting carried some times.

I have from time to time carried my Beretta Model 70S while out hiking or when I'm hunting or fishing.

I have the 70s.

I guess if the 22LR is good enough for the Israeli Mossad, it's good enough for me.
