I'm a life long reloader but, have never put together a reduced load.
Looking for some info in Speer #10 I came across a lot of cartridges I load for using SR4759 as a reduced load.
I would love to do this for my 30-06. I have a lot of 125 and 130 gr bullets.
I also see 6mm Rem using IMR4198 for reduced loads.
I'm thinking paper punching at 50 yards would be a lotta fun.

Has any one any experience with these loads?
How did they shoot?

Thanks
Michael

I use SR4759 exclusively in reduced cast bullet loads. Its fast enough that you don't need to worry about detonation. In .30-06, I use 22 gr under a 200 gr Lee cast from pure WW. The Lyman handbook has a lot of reduced loads - moreso than any other book I've seen.
