I ordered some SRP 308 match brass as backordered, never used there brass or ordered from them before. Any experience on turn around times and quality compared to Lapua, ADG?

I “back ordered” some Starline 41 Long Colt brass back in May.

I’m still waiting on it to ship.

I’ve ordered from them several times and every time it was back ordered, and I had my order in a week or less.

Everything I have ordered after they posted "backorder ok" arrived in a week or so. Its good brass. Not quite up to Lapua but more consistent than FC, RP, Winchester, Hornady and many of the lesser knowns.

I got a batch of 38-40 recently after waiting about 2 weeks on backorder. While running them thru my belling die and chamfering them I came across 9 that had major flaws. I contacted starline and they said they would send replacements. I've never seen so many bad new pieces.

It really depends on what you're ordering and where it is in their que. 357 Max took 360 days or so for me to get, but, that is not a common cartridge and I was fine waiting.

If it said backorder, and you did, you'll be getting it soon. Like mentioned above, usually a couple weeks JD.
Yes, less common, like above mentioned 41 Long Colt and the like, those take a while. The bigger demand calibers will always be made before the less common. I'd like to get some of that 41 Long Colt brass myself, but think it be better idea to just retire great granfathers New Army (1905) to the display cabinet.
You'll have it much sooner than later
