Any one use Starline brass? It's cheaper than Winchester. Is it just as good?
I'm thinking of buying a large quantity but would like to hear some feedback.
I have used Starline for years and still buy it. It is very good brass. You can also buy it direct from Starline and get it cheaper than most shops sell it.
Winchester and starline are the only two kinds of brass that I bother with.
I usually have more of one than the other in a certain caliber, and that determines my usage.
I decided to go with Starline about 20,000 rounds ago. I bought 2000 cases. Other than those I've mashed by being clumsy, have tossed very few. Still not getting the rough case mouth despite the fact that I use a roll crimp.
You know...I have been shooting both Starline and Winchester for a long time now and I really can't tell the difference in preformance or quality...Post Toasties or Kellogs Corn Flakes. Which ever you like...
Now me??? I prefer Winchester because it is free and plentiful...
