Steeling and Stropping Angle Questions

Two questions along the same lines.

Do you steel your blades at the same angle as your bevel or a little higher?

Do you strop your blades at the same angle as your bevel or a little higher?

I am getting better and better and free handing and I now have a bench strop on which I use the green strop compound on one side, and plain leather on the other.

The strop is to remove wire edge and the steel is to straighten the edge so you'd want to steel at the bevel angle and to strop just close to it.
