Steyr Tac. Scout

My Tac.Scout has a butter knife bolt handle in black (not silver) instead of a knob. All I've been able to learn is the first ones had the butter knife bolt in silver, later becoming the knob in black. No mention of the knife/black combo. Anyone know how many where made like this?
