I inherited a 1925 Ithaca Flues model, 12 gauge, SxS, S#396XXX. I am looking for a new butt stock and forearm.
The existing stock is damaged/worn to the point where I don't feel comfortable shooting it any more. It is a field grade shotgun and has seen plenty of action, but the mechanics are solid.
Since it is no collectors item, I am just looking for something functional and reasonably priced so I can continue to use it.

Any ideas?

Wenig will sell you a utility grade stock blank inletted and shaped that you can finish, or a completed stock for more money. Wenig's not cheap, but a quality driven vendor.

Numrich may have a used stock, but 80 year old wood oft has issues.

A note, any shotgun that old should be checked out by a competent smith. For instance, Flues models oft have chambers too short for modern ammo. While 2 3/4" shells will fit into 2 9/16" chambers, the crimp expands into the forcing cone and runs pressures way up.

HTH....
