Yes!!
They are very reliable inertia operated guns utilizing actions made by Vursan, the same company that provides the inertia actions for Benelli and Franchi. My son and I own both the old design and the new design. Without hesitation, I recommend the 2000-IF and only IF- you go by the owner's manual in cleaning the shipping grease out of the action and doing the proper break in as described in the manual. By so doing you will have a gun that will do you proud. Otherwise, you will be very unhappy and will criticize the gun as a piece of junk.
Buy the 2000. Strip it down, takes about a minute to completely disassemble, liberally use Gunscrubber on each action part. Put it back together. Takes about minute. Buy a couple of boxes of 3" loads and waste them shooting tin cans, targets, or pine cones. This action requires a break in to mate the action parts and the recoil spring. Then clean it again. You will have what you are looking for. A very reliable gun that is broke in and ready for whatever! I am happy with mine.
I can't over emphasize the importance of the cleaning and break in period. Do it by the book. It is a very simple action. Only 2 moving parts. You will be able to strip it and put it back to together in a couple of minutes after the first time you do it.
