Stoeger SxS customer service?

I've been thinking about buying a SxS shotgun next year, and I'm considering a Stoeger. I've heard mixed reviews on the guns (mostly good, but quite a few negative ones too), so in making my decision I'd like to know about their customer service, in the case there's a problem with one of their side-by-sides.
Is there anyone who was so unfortunate to have their Stoeger break down and had to contact Stoeger's CS? How is their CS? Good experiences, or do they leave you out on your own?

I haven't needed any work or repairs done on my Uplander in 5k+ rounds. They're good, for a $300 shotgun.
 
If you measure quality by the fact it hasn't broken in a few rounds, then you approach quality from a completely different angle than I do. I look for longevity, yes, but also for reliability, balance, handling, wood to metal fit and finish, and FIT.............most $300 double guns are severely lacking in most - if not all - of those areas

my son has one & while it's not as pretty as my old lefevers & skb, it's really quite reliable & lite enough that it carries well. I walk quite a distance in on railroad tracks to hunt a swamp for either ducks or crows & it's quite nice to hunt with. Don't recommend 3" blackcloud thru it, it kicked awful, shoots fine with lead or 2 3/4" Kent faststeel
