CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STOEGER?

I like to ask any one here have any good things to say about stoeger customer service?
I sent in a O/U 20 ga. that needed a new forearm stock ,They have the gun 3 weeks now they stated there are no forearms replacement in the repair shop and it needs to be ordered from Brazil.
The last word I got it may be another 3 more weeks????
I hope I see the shotgun before the new year

One rifle was gone from March 16 to May 28 2014 for me. A Stoeger Uberti 1873 Sporting Rifle.
Here's the story if you care to read it. Worked on at Benelli USA / Stoeger Ind. I think my LGS sent it to MD.
It took over two months. It was fixed, I believe that somebody along the line mishandled it in a very minor way.
Saved me the trouble of keeping it perfect I guess.
Came back fixed, I was not thrilled with the service by any means. It did not cost me a penny to get it working.

I just traded a Stoeger Condor 12ga o/u because of their poor customer service. Had a hammer spring break and got no satisfaction from them. Never again.

I may have got lucky with a gentleman from stoeger seem I been e mail him asking the same question when will it be repaired??
I got a response from him the gun was repaired and shipped on Last Friday.I yet to see it the wife sign for it and I am upstate hunting.
She did state the box was in excellent shape and from what I was told it was on a last 20 ga. condor they had sitting around in the building .
I hope it a match in color ?
I will say the gun has about 1,500 rounds down the bore in about 7 months never had any problems with it and it is a great shooter .
