Last month, I ordered a couple of Storm Lake cut rifling barrels for my Glock 19 and Glock 22 from Top Glock. I got the Glock 22 barrel a couple of weeks ago, but the Glock 19 barrels were back ordered. They finally shipped a few days ago. The Post Office says I should get the 19 barrel today.

I got to try the 22 barrel Wednesday night. It was a true drop in. I only fired a few rounds through it, but there were no malfunctions and I was more than satisfied with the 50' accuracy. I'm expecting a similar experience with the 19 barrel. Others with whom I've talked have had similar good experiences with Storm Lake barrels, both for Glocks and other handguns.

Now I'll be able to use my own lead bullet handloads and practice much more often with my Glock 19 and Glock 22.

Update:

Got the Glock 19 barrel today. Unless I want to drive out to Lorain, Ohio, I won't be able to try it out until Wednesday. I'll at least install it tonight.

Time to buy some 9mm and .40 bullets and a set of 9x19mm dies.

I usually prefer 2-3 inch accuracy, your 50 ft accuracy doesn't sound so good. :neener:

Just kidding. I also bought a Storm Lake for my G23 (a 9mm conversion) and it shoots just fine. A little tighter than the factory barrel but functions fine and plenty accurate.
