Obama's home state offers a lesson on path to gun laws

I agree. Let's deregulate the teddy bear market.

Heck, Chicago has been the "lab experiment" for oppressive anti-gun legislation for over forty years and has an annual firearms-related murder rate that rivals most military theatres of operation in the Third World and the Left's call for "more" is stupefying to say the least.

Hopefully, the good people of Illinois are sick of being treated like subjects and will stand up on their hind legs and tell the pols to lay-off.

Teddy bears more regulated... bs. I haven't seen serial numbers on teddy bears or anyone thinking a brown or black military style teddy bear should be banned. Oh... most bears are brown or black... imagine that.

Thankfully, enough of us Illinois residents called, faxed and emailed the congressmen to stay the attack at least for now. We only had a few days notice about the bills to spring into action. I thought for sure if we could do it then others states would be able to also. I personally feel for New Yorkers, it seems to be even more shady there than even here.
