How could it be a sizing die if the cartridge is "loaded"?
The Lee Factory Crimp die was designed to fix this.I have run loaded cartridges into a sizing die with the decapper removed because they were oversize after seating cast bullets and too tight in chambers.
I assume you mean the the case is on top of the shellholder, as opposed to the rim being in the shellholder slot.**I have a stuck loaded 7-08 that is not in a shell holder.
