quite the smirk on dumbos face.... I'm a big man, I can shoot myself in the stomach.
I wonder if lady loser bothered to unload the handgun before she threw it into the woods behind the elementary school.

How do you all feel about paying for dumbos 1st class medical treatment? ... as I seriously doubt he has insurance.... or parents who could insure him.... so of course the hospital absorbs the cost and raises fees for everyone else to balance their books.

Call me old fashioned, but I think that 20 stripes with a cain and 2 years on a chain gang is the only thing that's will sober up the likes fo dumbo and wipe that smirk off of his face.

ROCHESTER — A Strafford County grand jury this month indicted three people police arrested in March in connection with the shooting of a handgun inside Wal-Mart on Route 11.

Levi Downs, 17, of 1103 Farmington Road in Farmington and Steven Miller, 18, of 4 Weare St. in East Rochester, were each indicted on felony charges of reckless conduct and criminal threatening for allegedly pulling out firearms during a struggle near the front registers on March 3.

The confrontation led to Downs' handgun discharging a bullet into his abdomen. Eyewitnesses reported to police that Downs ran toward the store exit, saying, "I can't believe I shot myself."

Cindy Byrnes, 34, of 27C Knight St., was also indicted on a charge of falsifying physical evidence. It is alleged she picked up Downs' silver handgun and removed it from the scene in an effort to impede the police investigation.

That handgun was recovered more than a month later by a man who was searching for salamanders with his children behind the William Allen School. Police have not recovered the black handgun Miller allegedly brandished during the skirmish.

The fight began when two males punched Downs in the face. Downs allegedly escalated the fight by pulling out his handgun, but put it back into his sweatshirt pocket. It discharged as he attempted to pull it out of his sweatshirt again.

Lt. Anthony Triano said the police investigation into the incident is winding down and police do not expect to make any additional arrests in the case.

Downs, Miller and Byrnes are all scheduled to appear in Strafford County Superior Court in Dover on June 1 at 2:30 p.m. for arraignment.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt; rather, it means a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.

Pulling a gun when it's two versus one is escalating a fight?

Not evening the odds?
