I have a friend who has a contracting business who needs a tool pouch to wear on his belt for a specialized purpose.

He or she normally carries around various items like a small screwdriver, pen and pencil, small flashlight, small tape measure and maybe a small crescent wrench, etc.

So this tool pouch would need to have some external pockets and sleeves where stuff like a screwdriver, small flashlight, etc could ride and be visible as he or she is out doing contractor work.

It needs to also have either one or two compartments that can be accessed from the top by zipper(s) for quick access to the inside. One compartment might hold a waterproof note pad and maybe some paracord or some such thing and maybe some other stuff. The other compartment would be big enough to carry a larger object in it and be quickly available.

My friend wants to use such a pouch not to be conspicuous, but because he is in the contracting business and it's perfectly normal to be seen wearing a tool pouch on a belt in his line of work. When he gets back in the truck, he takes it off of his belt and then he still has easy access to what's inside while he's inside the truck. Then it goes inside with him at night.

This is NOT something he would utilize when he's out doing her own thing and not at work wearing his contractor suit.

Suggestions?

TIA
