Every year we see to get a rat problem. Not always a bad thing. Many folks think the Wiley Buck is a great quarry. Well, let me tell you now that there is another out there. I spend a lot of time at night with Airguns hunting them. One summer there was one rat in Particular that was bigger and meaner than the rest. Here is a little story I had some fun with. This is part one of two. Part two is longer and more of a Stephen King story.

A Caddy shack reference and a James Clavell reference. You have my attention Sir...
I see you know great literature. King Rat was a classic. A must read. Anyone else out there that wants a great summer book, get it. More than just about a Rat!!

By the way, My main article about after Killing the King Rat, is pretty deep. I would love to post it, but too long. Might want to read "Moby Dick" first. One of the best novels on obsession I have ever read, or Catch 22, about real life.

I agree with you about Moby Dick and I was just talking about Catch 22 with my daughter yesterday. I read King Rat many tears ago and I think it is one of the greatest stories about prison camp life ever written.
