Did anyone see the lou dobbs story on CNN last night about 7pm.??
Im setting in a resturant and the TV is one But I cant hear the story-Seems Someone is facing prison over gun rights and The ATF.
What was this about?

Lou was talking about the Olfson case where the AR-15 malfunctions, guy is arrested and it turns out the BATF is holding several documents the defense needs to prove the guy is innocent.
