I've had my .44 SBH for about 2 years. Got it NIB and ever since it has been giving me fits. I have the sights adjusted all the way to the right and maxed out the the bottom.
I got to messin with it and squared both the windage and elivation up to the middle. What do you know the damn rear sight is the leaning sight of Pisa and the front sight looks good. Also note that the pin that holds the rear sight to the frame has always been sticking out, I have attempted to hammer it home the rest of the way but it didnt budge.
Would this be something to send it back to ruger for or should I just buy a new rear sight and hope that is the fix? Or could it have something to do with the rear sight pin-
Any advice on how to get that pin all the way in without messing up the blueing with nasty scratches like I did on my single six
Any help is very appreciated guys, I just want to shoot and enjoy this thing a ton
